Tools You Need To Organize Your Home
Today, we are talking about organization. A favorite topic among many.
There is nothing better after a good declutter than having the tools to organize the space. If you haven't seen my post on How To Declutter Your Home In A Weekend, go check it out.
I recently had the opportunity to open an Amazon Storefront page. On my storefront you will find everything from home organization, kitchen essentials, and home goods to bedding, guest essentials, cleaning tools, and more. If you're interested in checking out my storefront, click here.
Below, I have compiled a list of different organization tools to use throughout areas of the home. These items help to bring order to the chaos while elevating the style of your home in areas that often get overlooked.
KITCHEN
You will not find any plastics under this category. All glass, wood, and metal. Better for your food and better on the eyes.
I am loving these sets of glass jars with Adacia wood lids for my pantry!
They are great for ridding excess plastics as well as organizing the pantry. An organized pantry is such a dream.
I went with a mix of squared and rounded glass containers for the refrigerator.
The squared is mostly holding my produce.
These round containers replaced my Tupperware.
They are mostly for leftovers.
Produce bags are so handy.
They are great for storing produce in the refrigerator, and great bags to take with you to the store or farmers' market.
You can never go wrong with an organize spice cabinet. Love these!
And don't forget a shelf for your spice cabinet or drawer.
Needing a new flatware or utensil organizer?
Here's a great one.
For those who love to make smoothies or juice, these milk jars are wonderful for storing in the refrigerator door.
Shelves will maximize any storage space.
Great for kitchen cabinets or under the sink.
CLOSET
Rule no. 1 - If you don't have matching hangers, it's time to convert.
Love these for lighter tones, but go for a darker color if you stick to dark tones.
Use a woven basket to conceal excess bathroom essentials in the linen closet.
Also great for shoe storage.
If you aren't looking to store your purses on closet shelves, hooks are a great way to go.
Love a good woven basket.
Great for using as a hamper.
Need more space in the linen closet? Use a smaller, wide mouth basket on the to hold the toilet paper.
Again on the baskets. Use them to store anything you don't like sitting out.
These seagrass containers are stackable. Great for bathroom , closet, or office essentials.
Use stackable storage bins for shoes.
If you have space, use wall hooks for hanging robes, scarves, and purses.
Go for small baskets to organize closet shelves.
BATHROOM
Drawer organization is a necessity.
Love the look of a wooden shelf under the sink.
Glass canisters are another necessity for containing bathroom essentials.
Clear are great, but don't be afraid to go for some color.
Use a turn table under the vanity sink to organize hair products.
I have a hard time finding organizers I like.
I was looking at desk organizers and wondered why not use for a bathroom.
I love this idea because it creates more drawer / shelf space under the vanity, and looks much cleaner than the standard metal organizers.
Dispensers are an added touch. Not a necessity, but it does give an overall cleanliness to the bathroom.
I like the amber for a moody bathroom.
OFFICE
Start with a good filing cabinet.
With proper bins, any sideboard can be used to conceal files and other office materials.
Hollow books are wonderful tools in an office.
Store pens, scissors, or other desktop necessities.
Use a magazine holder to hold the current files you're working on for easy access.
Keep storage bins in a closet or cabinet for files and other storage.
Like the hollow books, baskets make great concealing tools for quick access to office supplies.
If nothing else, I hope you pull inspiration from this post to organize your home. An organized home is a peaceful home.
Thanks for checking in. xx
I have quite a few of these! My next purchase? Produce bags!
I am a huge fan of mason jars! You can see how much is left much easier than a box. I need to buy some under the sink shelves.
I'm a big fan of mason jars and storage containers with wooden lids! I also love the idea of hollow books!
I'm always trying to organize my kitchen and love all the organize suggestions, thank you
